Our management team has superb knowledge, experience and drive to ensure that the maintenance on your building is at it's absolute best. All of our managerial and executive staff reached their ranking working from the bottom of the ladder up. They all have the basic knowledge and first-hand experience of custodial and customer services. We maintain the practice of sending our Supervisors and Managers to specialized seminars, which are conducted by experts in the field of supervision, management and customer service.
All of our major accounts are assigned to an experienced, well-trained on-site Project Manager supported by our Headquarters Management Team. This Manager has the overall responsibility for the success of our program on a day-to-day basis. This Manager works closely with the Day and Evening Supervisors. He/she shall act as a Coordinator between Facility Management and his/her supervisory staff, and reports directly to our Vice President, who will closely monitor your account.
